Any emails, invoices, quotations or communications generated through InvoiceSAZ must be lawful, professional and relevant to legitimate business activities. Spam, harassment, threats, abusive content or misleading communications are prohibited.
You may only upload logos, trademarks, branding materials, documents, images and other content that you own or are authorised to use. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to uploaded content.
Where InvoiceSAZ integrates with third-party payment service providers, users must comply with the terms, conditions and policies of those providers. Payment services may not be used to process prohibited, fraudulent or unlawful transactions.
Users must not consume excessive platform resources in a manner that negatively affects system performance or other users. We reserve the right to investigate unusual activity that may indicate abuse of the service.
We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and may suspend, restrict or terminate access to InvoiceSAZ where necessary to protect the platform, our users, third-party service providers or the public.
