Acceptable Use Policy

InvoiceSAZ may only be used for lawful business activities. You agree not to use the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, court orders, contractual obligations or the rights of any individual or organisation.

2. Legitimate business activity

InvoiceSAZ is intended for creating quotations, invoices, client records, payment records and related business documents. The platform may not be used to support illegal businesses, unlawful transactions or prohibited commercial activities.

3. Accurate information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information entered into the platform is accurate, complete and up to date. This includes business information, client details, invoice data, quotation information and payment-related records.

4. Fraud and deceptive practices

You may not use InvoiceSAZ to create false invoices, fictitious quotations, misleading payment requests, fraudulent records or documents intended to deceive clients, financial institutions, payment providers or government authorities.

5. Prohibited activities

Users may not use InvoiceSAZ to:

• Commit fraud, scams or deceptive business practices.
• Impersonate another individual, company or organisation.
• Process or facilitate unlawful transactions.
• Distribute malicious software, malware or harmful code.
• Send unsolicited, abusive or misleading communications.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Use the service in a manner that may damage the reputation of InvoiceSAZ.

6. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse of your account.

7. System abuse and technical misuse

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, servers, databases or user accounts. Activities such as vulnerability exploitation, automated attacks, denial-of-service attacks, excessive scraping or other forms of technical abuse are strictly prohibited.

8. Communication standards

Any emails, invoices, quotations or communications generated through InvoiceSAZ must be lawful, professional and relevant to legitimate business activities. Spam, harassment, threats, abusive content or misleading communications are prohibited.

9. Intellectual property

You may only upload logos, trademarks, branding materials, documents, images and other content that you own or are authorised to use. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to uploaded content.

10. Payment-related services

Where InvoiceSAZ integrates with third-party payment service providers, users must comply with the terms, conditions and policies of those providers. Payment services may not be used to process prohibited, fraudulent or unlawful transactions.

11. Fair usage

Users must not consume excessive platform resources in a manner that negatively affects system performance or other users. We reserve the right to investigate unusual activity that may indicate abuse of the service.

12. Enforcement and suspension

We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and may suspend, restrict or terminate access to InvoiceSAZ where necessary to protect the platform, our users, third-party service providers or the public.
